And so May is over! Where does time go? No one knows… But these are the products I have been loving this past month – some new bits that have exceeded my expectations and some rediscovered old ones.Summer time means open foot wear – so it’s time to take care of those neglected feet, or risk looking like a lizard, Soap & Glory Heel Genius has been a sole-saviour (see what I did there?) for me as an overnight foot-mask or just as a post shower moisture booster. I posted about the Radical Skincare Perfecting Screen SPF 30 earlier this month and it hasn’t disappointed in the least, glowy protection in a tube is right here. With my strive to not tan my face I’ve been reaching for the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder (Dim Light) which used to match my skin perfectly but now functions as a very subtle bronzer. For even more of a bronze glow the Rimmel Good To Glow Highlighter (003 Soho Glow) that I wish listed and then ordered has been awesome, a slight hint of sheen and bronze without a chunky glitter particle in sight. The Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara has been my go to this month with curl, separation and blacker than black all included in an easy to remove formula that does not flake (or melt in the heat). The Fresh Sugar Lip Balm (Tulip) has taken permanent residence in my bag, with moisture and a hint of tint in one easy to use metal case there’s really not much to think about. Last year’s summary fragrance is making a comeback, with my just chucking the rollerball of Diptyque’s Eau Moehli for those morning where in my mad rush to an 8:30 am class I’ve neglected perfume or a mid day scent refresh. Sunny skies and warmer days mean a cheery bright polish and what could be better than a fiery coral? Nothing can beat Sephora Formula X Nails Polish in Power Source. For a non-beauty related favourite the Transcend Storjet 500GB has been saving my computer’s hard drive with my new goal of 2 videos week I’m going to need all the space I can get.
So what have you been loving during the month of May? Let me know!
