The Look: Everyday Bronze Eye

DSC_4804Just a casual makeup look  – with a super easy bronze eye, glowey skin and the under eye trick that will blow your mind.

First off, protection and a bit of primer I’ve been mixing La Roche Posay SPF 30 Matte FluidEstee Lauder Matte Perfecting Primer and the Rimmel Good To Glow (003 Soho Glow) for a pretty flawless base. Then a bit of  the Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Foundation (Light Beige) applied on with the Bobbi Brown Full Coverage Face Brush. For the under eyes I’ve been using the Becca Shimmering Skin Prefector (Pearl) with what ever concealer I want in this case Clarins Instant Concealer (01) and blend it in with the Beauty Blender Pro. For a bit of colour on the cheeks the Josie Maran Coconut Cheek Gelee (Poppy Paradise).
The eyes are nice and simple, a bit of MAC Painterly Paint Pot for prep and then the NARS And God Created the Woman Palette applied with a NARS 3 Brush. Give the lashes a bit of a curl with Tweezerman’s Eyelash Curler and to seal it in the L’Oreal Miss Manga Mascara (Waterprood Blackest Black).
To reduce the oily shine that will hit me by mid day Bourjois’ Healthy Balance Powder (52 Vanille) is a saviour. A bit of the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow applied with the Charlotte Tilbury Powder & Sculpt Brush to give the face some shape and serious highlight. To finish it all off a bit of a nudey lip in the form of the following combo Buxom Full On Lipstick (Amsterdam) with the Clarins Instant Lip Perfector (01).

That’s my easy, peasy everyday makeup look that is sure to give me a confidence boost. What do you reach for for some feel good vibes?

  • Great video and this is a really nice look 🙂 // x

  • Love a good bronze eye for every day especially in summer 🙂 For every day instead of powder eyeshadow I really like using a cream cause it’s quicker and easier to apply.

What a pretty look!!! That used to be my favourite eyeshadow palette, but I’ve gotten side-tracked LOL!
